Adtron Appoints Karen Douglass VP of Business Development
PHOENIX, ARIZONA- February 10, 2005 - Adtron, an industry leader in delivering smart data storage solutions to the industrial marketplace, announced the appointment of Karen Douglass as Vice President of Business Development. In this position, Douglass assumes leadership responsibility for Adtron's strategic partnering, marketing, product line management, and market research to fuel Adtron's growth in the industrial data storage industry.
Ms. Douglass has a diverse background introducing leading edge technologies to the marketplace. A former VP and General Manager at Motorola®, Ms. Douglass led global organizations implementing complex communications networks including the Iridium Gateway Program and the Broadband Solutions Division. Ms. Douglass started her career at Verizon, where she held leadership roles in product management, new product development, strategic planning, market research and analysis, operations and engineering. She has a BA in Mathematics-Economics-Computer Science from Goucher College and an MBA from Seton Hall University.
