Submit RMA
Use this RMA form to return an Adtron product to our technical support department in Phoenix, AZ. The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields. You may return up to five (5) products on one RMA. After submitting the RMA, Adtron technical support will contact you with an RMA number and additional instructions on returning your device.
If the reason for the return is Technical Problem, please complete the Problem Report section with as much information as you can provide.
